By texting Wing or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wing. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Description of Service

Wing is an iMessage-based matchmaking service that:

• Builds your dating profile through a conversational onboarding process.
• Joins group chats so you and your friends can discuss matches together.
• Matches you with compatible individuals based on your profile and preferences.
• Facilitates and coordinates dates between matched individuals.

4. User Conduct

By using Wing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
• Only provide contact information for friends who have consented to being contacted.
• Treat all matches and other users with respect and courtesy.
• Not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse any person you are connected with through Wing.

5. Friend Participation

When you provide a friend's contact information, you represent that you have their permission to share their phone number with us. Friends will be contacted via text message and may opt out at any time.

6. Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide, including profile information and any media. By submitting content, you grant Wing a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing our matchmaking service.

7. Privacy

Your use of Wing is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data. We built this to help connect people, not to profit from your information.

8. Safety

While Wing facilitates introductions and coordinates dates, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user. Please exercise caution and good judgment when meeting someone new. Always meet in public places and let someone know where you are going.

9. No Guarantees

Wing strives to make meaningful matches, but we cannot guarantee compatibility, chemistry, or any particular outcome. Dating involves personal connection that no service can fully predict.

10. Termination

You may stop using Wing at any time by texting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
